Artificial intelligence deep learning algorithm
Our counting software leverages a powerful artificial intelligence deep learning algorithm. It is unnecessary to bind components to the algorithm—we use AI to automatically recognize components and apply the algorithm without manual operation. The algorithm is capable of learning the counted component data, such as:
1. Aspect ratio
2. The angle of each corner of the component;
3. Slope between components from inside to outside;
4. Deformation of component images from the inside to the outside, etc.
As the number of components counting increases, the results become more and more accurate. When we need to count similar components, or larger trays, we can easily handle it.
Cloud database
All Wellman X-ray counters can connect to our cloud database. Data and images from the machine will be uploaded to the cloud, while the machine will automatically obtain the latest database. Additionally, our engineers optimize the algorithm in the background using the images and data collected by each machine, and update it to the database on a regular basis for customers.
As time goes on, counting accuracy will get closer to 100%, and the range of component types it can cover will keep expanding. When a machine counts a new type of component, if the data of this component is stored in our database, our software can directly retrieve the data—this provides users with higher efficiency, accuracy and coverage.
